EXHIBITION & SPONSORSHIP INFORMATION

Exhibition Setup & Dismantling

Exhibitors must complete booth installation during the designated setup period prior to the Opening Ceremony.

Booths should remain operational throughout the exhibition period. Detailed setup and dismantling schedules will be provided upon confirmation.

Product Demonstrations & Promotional Activities

Exhibitors may conduct approved product demonstrations, technology showcases, equipment displays, educational exhibits, interactive presentations, and promotional campaigns.

Activities must not disrupt Congress sessions or neighboring exhibitors.

Exhibition Guidelines

Exhibitors are responsible for the safety and security of their displayed materials. Products and promotional activities must comply with applicable laws, regulations, and ethical standards.
