Transfer your registration payment to the official PhilSAR bank account.

Submit your deposit slip, transaction receipt, or online payment confirmation.
RECEIVE CONFIRMATION
Your registration is confirmed after payment has been verified.

Registration payments for the Joint International Congress 2026 should be remitted to the official bank accounts of the Philippine Society of Animal Reproduction (PhilSAR).

REGISTRATION POLICIES
Cancellation & Refund Policy
On or before 30 days before the Congress: 80% refund
15–29 days before the Congress: 50% refund
Less than 15 days before the Congress: No refund
No-show: No refund
Administrative, banking, transfer, and transaction charges are non-refundable.
Participant Substitution
Registration may be transferred to another eligible participant from the same institution or organization.
Requests should be submitted in writing no later than 7 days before the Congress.
Presenting Authors
Presenting authors must complete registration within the prescribed period for inclusion in the final Congress program.
Withdrawal of an accepted abstract does not automatically entitle the author to a registration refund.
Student Registration
Undergraduate and graduate students may register under the student category and must provide a valid student identification card or proof of enrollment.
Registration Confirmation
Registration becomes confirmed only after the Organizing Committee has verified payment.
