ORAL PRESENTATION

Present original research before an international scientific audience and engage directly with researchers and professionals.

POSTER PRESENTATION

Showcase your research through a scientific poster and participate in scholarly discussion throughout the Congress.

POSTER PITCH

Selected presenters deliver a concise 3-minute research pitch, followed by 2 minutes of questions and answers.

The Scientific Committee evaluates submissions for merit, originality, relevance, clarity, and potential impact.

PRESENTATION GUIDELINES & IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Poster Presentation Guidelines

Poster size: 90 cm wide × 120 cm high

Orientation: Portrait

Posters should include the title, authors and affiliations, introduction/background, objectives, methods, results, conclusions and acknowledgments where applicable.

Poster Pitching Guidelines

Selected participants are allotted five minutes: 3 minutes for the poster pitch and 2 minutes for questions and answers.

Presenters should emphasize the novelty, relevance and impact of their research.

Oral Presentation Guidelines

Oral presenters must follow the official Congress scientific presentation schedule and instructions communicated by the Scientific Committee.

Review Process

All abstracts undergo peer review by the Scientific Committee. Evaluation considers scientific merit, originality, relevance to the Congress theme, clarity of presentation and potential impact.

Notification of Acceptance

Notification of acceptance will be communicated to authors by the Scientific Committee. The official notification date is still to be announced.

Publication

Accepted abstracts will be included in the Congress Book of Abstracts. Authors will also be asked to submit a full manuscript for review under the Congress publication process.

Awards & Recognition

Outstanding presentations may be recognized through Congress awards, including Best Poster and Best Poster Pitch distinctions.

FROM PRESENTATION TO PUBLICATION

Accepted abstracts will be included in the Congress Book of Abstracts. Authors of accepted abstracts will be asked to submit full manuscripts for review under the Congress publication process.
