SPEAKER GUIDELINES
Dear Plenary Speakers,
We are honored to welcome you to the 2026 Joint International Congress. Your expertise and contribution are central to creating a stimulating, relevant, and internationally engaging scientific program.
To help ensure the smooth conduct of the Congress and a consistently high-quality experience for all delegates, please observe the following guidelines.
01 Purpose of the Plenary Sessions
Plenary presentations are designed to:
- Present cutting-edge developments, innovations, and future directions in the speaker's field;
- Inspire interdisciplinary discussion and scientific collaboration;
- Highlight the global significance and practical applications of research and innovation; and
- Engage an international audience of researchers, practitioners, policymakers, educators, industry professionals, and students.
02 Presentation Duration
Speakers are requested to observe their allotted time carefully to ensure the smooth flow of the scientific program. Any session-specific changes will be communicated by the Organizing Committee.
03 Presentation Content
Speakers are encouraged to:
- Focus on major concepts, significant advances, and practical implications rather than highly specialized details;
- Clearly communicate the significance and relevance of the topic;
- Highlight recent research findings, emerging technologies, current challenges, and future opportunities;
- Use language appropriate for an international and multidisciplinary audience; and
- Acknowledge collaborators, institutions, and funding agencies where appropriate.
04 Presentation Format
Slide Preparation
- Minimize text-heavy slides and prioritize clear visual communication.
- Use high-quality photographs, figures, diagrams, graphs, and illustrations.
- Properly credit copyrighted or third-party materials and secure permissions where required.
Accessibility & Readability
- Use high-contrast text and background combinations.
- Avoid excessive animations and transitions.
- Ensure graphs, tables, and figures are readable from a distance.
- Define abbreviations and specialized terminology when first introduced.
05 Submission of Presentation Files
Speakers are requested to:
- Submit presentation files at least two weeks before the Congress for technical review, if requested by the Organizing Committee;
- Bring a backup copy of the presentation on a USB drive; and
- Submit the final or updated presentation to the Speaker Ready Room at least two hours before the scheduled session.

06 Session Logistics
Please:
- Arrive at the session venue at least 20 minutes before the scheduled start;
- Introduce yourself to the Session Chair and audiovisual technical team;
- Test slides, videos, animations, and audio files before the session; and
- Use the Congress-provided presentation equipment unless alternative arrangements have been approved in advance.
07 Audience Engagement
Speakers are encouraged to make their sessions interactive and engaging by:
- Encouraging reflection and scientific discussion;
- Allowing sufficient time for questions;
- Repeating audience questions when necessary so they can be heard by all delegates; and
- Providing concise, constructive, and professionally appropriate responses.
08 Recording, Streaming & Publication
Speakers may be requested to provide consent for:
- Recording or live streaming of presentations;
- Use of approved presentation materials in Congress archives and communications; and
- Publication of submitted abstracts, biographies, and photographs in official Congress materials.
Any restrictions regarding recording, publication, photography, or use of presentation materials should be communicated to the Organizing Committee in advance.
09 Biography & Photograph
Please submit the following for the Congress website and official materials:
- Professional headshot — high-resolution JPEG or PNG;
- Short professional biography — approximately 100–150 words;
- Current institutional affiliation; and
- Relevant professional contact information.
10 Professional Conduct
All speakers are expected to:
- Maintain a professional, collegial, and respectful tone;
- Disclose relevant conflicts of interest;
- Observe the Congress Code of Conduct; and
- Respect intellectual property and copyright requirements.
